The story
The Faraglioni are the three sea stacks off Capri's south-eastern coast: Stella, Mezzo and Fuori, also known as Scopolo. Mezzo has a natural arch, while the smaller Monacone stack lies behind the main group. The formation also supports documented populations of the Capri wall lizard.
