Petit Rouge on the sunny bank

The wine takes its name from a stretch of the right bank west of Aosta.

Torrette is built on at least 70% Petit Rouge, with other local reds making up the balance. The rules ask for a dry red, and it is a natural partner for Aosta Valley cooking.

Standard and Superiore

The standard wine ages for at least five months. Superiore ages for at least eight.

Aosta Valley

Charvensod to Introd

The grape zone covers parts of Charvensod, Gressan, Jovençan, Aymavilles, Villeneuve and Introd, on the right bank of the Dora Baltea.
