Seasonal shop hours
From November through March the store opens Monday–Saturday, 10:00–18:30; from April through October it opens Monday–Sunday, 10:00–18:30. It warns that opening and closing times can vary, so check the page before setting out.1
Technical visits by reservation
A technical guided visit lasts about an hour and can be reserved Monday–Friday for groups of up to 20, with advance payment. Visitors can contact the school by email to arrange availability.2
A staff-dependent free option
Free visits run between 10:00 and 17:00 for groups of up to 10, without advance reservations and subject to staff availability. Admission to the Santa Croce church is separate.2
