Method
Add ice to a large tall glass, leaving room for the drink.
Pour in the Sweet & Sour mix and white rum. Stir briefly to combine.
Add the chilled Cola Baladin. Stir gently once or twice and serve immediately.

Piozzo Libre combines white rum and Sweet & Sour with Cola Baladin, the red cola made in Piozzo, Piedmont. The cola brings citrus and spice notes to a tall drink served over ice. Add it last and stir gently to keep the bubbles lively.
