London Dry Gin

A juniper-forward distilled spirit essential for the Negroni and Cardinale.

While distinctively British in origin, London Dry Gin has found a second home in Italy, particularly during the "Dolce Vita" era when the Negroni became a global icon. Italy is also a major supplier of high-quality juniper berries (especially from Tuscany and Umbria) used by top gin distillers worldwide.

Neutral grain spirit redistilled with botanicals, predominantly juniper, along with citrus peel, coriander, and angelica.

In Italy, Gin is almost exclusively a mixing spirit, revered as the backbone of the Negroni family of cocktails.
