A custard for two creams
Whisk the cornstarch with sugar and egg yolks before gradually adding warm milk scented with lemon peel. Cook over low heat, stirring continuously, until the custard boils and thickens.
Divide the custard into two bowls and stir chopped dark chocolate into one while it is still warm. The two creams alternate with alchermes-dipped savoiardi.
