What you're tasting
Made from Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca) grapes dried for at least 3 months before pressing. Minimum 14% alcohol and 24 months aging (12 in wood). Rich and concentrated with dried fruit, spice, chocolate, and the characteristic Valtellina mineral backbone.
