The cola in a Piozzo Libre
Original Cola Baladin brings citrus and spice notes to the Piozzo Libre. Its recipe includes kola nuts from the Slow Food Presidium in Sierra Leone, with lemon, orange and chinotto contributing to its citrus character.
To make the drink, combine 60 ml of prepared Sweet & Sour and 60 ml of white rum, then top with original Cola Baladin.
