Made from Chardonnay and/or Pinot Nero via metodo classico. Minimum 15 months on lees (24 for Millesimato, 36 for Riserva). The mountain terroir and cool climate produce elegant, fine-bubbled sparklers with citrus, brioche, and mineral character. Ferrari is the flagship producer.
